Quests and I
Quest-tours project
Greetings to all adventure seekers!
My name is Olga Zhivotarova: an area studies specialist, a questologist, a trainer, a script-writer, a Routes of Russia prize winner and a copyrighted Questology workshop co-author.

Why quest:
My motto is Adventures for your mind and your soul. A quest is a form of edutainment providing an opportunity to expand horizons while enjoying an adventure, taking part in an investigation, looking for clues, and becoming the lead character of a story.

Teambuilding:
With ten years experience in an international company, I understand the importance of brainstorming and working in a team first hand. Participating in a quest provides such an opportunity for you and your colleagues, helping you to develop team working skills proactively.

Children:
A quest is a more engaging format for our junior explorers than any lesson. Children become pathfinders, treasure-hunters, archeologists, and detectives. Physical and mental activity is highly encouraged!

Let me invite adventure seekers of any age and any occupation to take part in a historical research. Is your quest a detective case, a treasure hunting mission or a mystical story? It is up to you to decide!

How to quest
1
Meeting place
We are on a secret mission. No outsiders are allowed:). So, before we meet, you receive the first message with a clue (be it a map, a sign or a cypher). Decypher it and find out our meeting point and our password.
2
Password
Upon arrival, use the password you received! Make sure to hear the counterchallenge.
3
Roles
We are all responsible people working in a team. To facilitate the quest process, we split our duties. We need navigators, cryptographers, archivists and other important roles.
4
Let's get it started!
Once we are ready, we can embark on our quest. For starters, you receive all neseccary maps, documents, pictures and other clues, so you can decide on your first steps. I can answer some questions and share historical facts and other important information. However, I cannot complete the mission by myself... This is what you are here for!
5
Adventures
At the start, you never know where you are going to end up.
Depending on the quest type, you get to know places and people, research, work with evidence, meet mystical, dig up information and deep dive into history! If you are curious enough (and you definitely are if you take up a quest), you solve mysteries, acquire knowledge and get your reward.
What is to be expected: exploring wonderful (and not always obvious) Moscow step by step, finding out surprising details, learning about remarkable events of the past, getting to know interesting characters and... finding treasures.
